人工神经网络在CAPP定位基面选择中的应用

摘    要:在分析专家系统和人工神经网络特点的基础上,提出了一种基于人工神经网络的零件定位基面选择方法,分组建立了BP网络模型,并要根据零件特征提出了网络的输入编码方法,针对BP网络的特性,在训练中采用了变步长和变精度和方法来加快收敛速度,并给出了实例。

Abstract:A method of using artificial neural network for datum selection is proposed in this paper based on analyzing the characteristics of the expert system and ANN respectively. A coding method for input and output has been developed according to the part features. In view of the characteristics of the Back propagation, the variable step and the variable precision have been used in order to speed up the convergence in training process. The models of BP network have been established respectively in accordance with the part groups based on the group technology, and some examples have been displayed.
