| 摘 要： | 本文从建立现代企业制度的角度，阐述了发展和完善企业集团的重要意义，提出企业集团不仅是现代企业组织制度的主要形式，也是国家间接调控市场的中介组织的论点；并按照现代企业制度的基本要求，提出了发展企业集团应解决好产权关系、凝聚力和集团规模等问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the establishment of the modern enterprise system, the paper elaberates the significance of the development and perfection of enterprise group. It holds that the enterprise group is not only the main form of the modern enterprise's organizational system but also the bridge by which the state indirectly adjusts the grand market. Moreover,according to the basic requirements of establishing modern enterprise system,the paper suggests that some problems should be well dealt with like the property right,cohesioon,and the scale of the group,etc. |
