摘    要:在不改变现有施工设备、工艺的条件下,用800、1000、1200MPa级中强度预应力钢丝代替冷拔低碳钢丝及预应力混凝土水管、电杆中的高强钢丝,不仅施工更为方便,工艺更易控制、节省钢材、而且能提高构件质量和结构安全度。本文就800、1000、1200MPa级中强度预应力钢丝的钢种、化学成分、生产工艺、基本力学性能及应用性能的试验研究作了介绍,给出了设计使用参数,并结合工程应用分析了应用8001000、1200MPa级中强度预应力钢丝取得的社会与经济效益。

800、1000、1200MPa GRADE MEDIAN-STRENGTH PRESTRESSED WIRE
Abstract:After replacing cold-draw mild wire and high-strength wire used for prestressed concretewaterpipe and pole by 800、1000、1200MPa grade median-strength prestressed wire under existingconstruction equipments and technique conditions, it is more convenient to construction and it is easy tocontrol the technique and the steels has been economized, the quality of members and structural safetyhave been improved. The experimental investigation of the kind of steel, chemical composition, produc-tion process, mechanical properties and application properties are introduced in this paper. The designparameters have been given, and the economical and social benefits, which have been achieved with ap-plying 800、1000、1200MPa grade median-strength prestressed wire, have been analyzed bycombining the application.
