忠县-武汉输气管道遇到的交直流干扰及防护措施

摘    要:忠武输气管道部分管段存在着高速公路及铁路的施工工地,其用电设备的接地系统对管道产生了严重的交流、直流干扰;该管道在部分地段还分别与多条强电线路交叉或平行,使管道有受强电冲击的危险,并在一些管段造成高于30 V的交流干扰。针对这些问题提出了通过排流器、电涌保护器、屏蔽线等保护管道的解决措施。

Abstract:There are many constructing sites of expressway and railway in parts of the natural gas pipeline from Zhongxian to Wuhan,and the pipeline is influenced by AC or DC from the earthing system of electro-equipment.Parts of the pipeline are crossing or paralleling respectively with many AC distribution power lines,and the pipeline may be damaged by strong current,and the AC influence voltage is more than 30 V in some part of the pipeline.The disposal measures aiming at these problems,such as electric drainage,surge protector device(SPD) and shielding line are introduced in this paper.
