| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于ISA总线的三轴步进电机控制器 ,论述了该控制器的硬件组成原理及软件控制的实现方法 ;该系统已在轴承滚道磨床数控系统中得到具体应用 ;结果表明 ,该步进电机控制器具有控制灵活 ,安全可靠 ,抗干扰性能好等优点 ,也能应用于机器人等其它步进电机实现开环控制系统要求灵活性且精度较高的场合。

| Abstract: | Basec on ISA bus the step motor controller, which can control 3 axes in same time, is described in This paper, The principle of hardware composition and controlling method of software are discussed in detail. the application to numerical control system of bearing track grinder is discussed. It proves that the controller is flexible reliable and easy to use, and can be used in other open-loop and accurate step motor control system. |
