冶金科研院所分析测试专业的研究生教育现状分析

研究生教育是科研院所人才培养和人才储备的最重要的环节,本文总结了我国冶金科研院所分析测试专业领域中研究生教育的基本情况。通过数据和比较分析等方法,介绍了冶金工程、冶金物理与化学、冶金分析与检测工程专业的博士研究生教育,以及材料学、材料物理与化学、冶金分析和检测工程、分析化学等专业的硕士研究生教育的学科专业设置、导师队伍、在读研究生、培养模式等状况,提出了有关发展建设的意见和建议。

Analysis of the present situation of analysis & testing post-graduate education in metallurgical research institutes

Post-graduate education has great significance to the cultivation and reserve of talents in research institutes.This paper has discussed the general situation of the post-graduate education in the field of analysis & testing in metallurgical research institutes in China.Through data and comparative analysis, it has introduces the current situation such as course arrangement, teacher strength and cultivation mode of the doctor education in the major of metallurgy engineering, physics & chemistry of metallurgy, and metallurgical analysis & testing engineering, as well as the post-graduate education in the major of material science, physics & chemistry of material, metallurgical analysis & testing engineering and analytical chemistry.Meanwhile, the author has also put forward some suggestions on the development of post-graduate education for this subject.
