五龙金矿含氰尾矿浆充填前的处理研究

通过对五龙金矿含氰尾矿浆的直接处理发现,当尾矿浆中氰化物质量浓度在250~300mg/L时,要使尾矿浆中氰化物质量浓度达到最终充填要求的1mg/L,其最佳处理条件:次氯酸钙加入量为8.50kg/t尾矿浆,搅拌时间为5min,搅拌速度为300r/min,pH值为9;搅拌后,静置25min,测定氰化物质量浓度。经计算表明,直接对尾矿浆进行处理的成本较高,所以研究了在处理前加入洗涤步骤。试验考察了不同洗涤用水量和加药量,并结合经济效益分析得出:最终洗涤水量为250kg/t尾矿浆,加药量为0.29kg/t尾矿浆。这样,使含氰尾矿浆处理成本从直接处理的45.9元/t尾矿浆降至2.19元/t尾矿浆。

Detoxification of tailings slurry containing cyanide before back filling in Liaoning Wulong gold mine

When the tailings slurry containing cyanide is directly disposed,it is revealed that if the concentration of cyanide is 250~300mg/L,the best processing conditions to meet the final requirements of 1mg/L for back filling is that the calcium hypochlorite 8.50 kg / t(tailing),stirring time 5 min,stirring intensity 300 r/m,the original pH 9,stay time 25 minutes after stirring.It is believed that the cost is too high to dispose the tailings without any pretreatment,so the washing step is added.Experiments with different water consumption and dosage of drugs are carried out.Combining with economic analysis,the best condition is that the total washing water 250 kg/t(tailing),and dosage 0.29 kg/t(tailing).After washing,the processing cost was cut from 45.9 yuan/t(tailing) to 2.19 yuan/t.
