合成EO-PO聚醚的新方法

摘    要:研究了用低沸点的丙酸 (Pr)作起始剂 ,加入少量 KOH催化剂 ,少量环氧乙烷 (EO)及环氧丙烷 (PO)先合成一种中间体 ,使沸点升高 ,经高温真空脱水 ,然后再按通常工艺合成聚醚的新方法。探讨了不同的中间体对产品性能的影响。研究表明 ,以 Pr EO5 为中间体的产品相对分子质量分布最窄 ,以 Pr EO3PO3为中间体的产品 ,外观最好 ,柱色谱法分析测定聚乙二醇含量为 0

Abstract:A new process for preparing EOPO polyol was studied in which firstly an initiating agent of low boiling point (propionic acid) acid and a small quantity of KOH, EO and PO were added into the reaction system, and an intermediate was obtained. Secondly, the water in the intermediate was drawn out of the system at higher temperature and in vacuum. Thirdly, more EO and PO needed by the objective product were added into this intermediate. The properties of the products were different when their intermediates have different structures. When the structure of the intermediate was PrEO 5, its product has the narrowest distribution of relative molecular weight, and when it was PrEO 5PO 3, its product has best appearance. By means of column chromatography, it was found that the content of PEG in the product is zero.
