摘    要:电子商务的兴起和发展为企业营销带来了新的契机,也向传统营销提出了新的挑战。从对电子商务中的消费心理变化趋势和特征及现阶段制约电子商务发展的消费心理因素进行分析,探讨现代企业面对网络消费者的特定心理,以突破传统的经营思维局限,改革固有的营销策略、营销方式,构建适合电子商务的全新运作机制。

Abstract:Electronic commerce starting has brought the new turning point with the development for the enterprise marketing, also proposed the new challenge to the traditional marketing. From carries on the analysis to in the electronic commerce expense psychology change tendency and the characteristic and the present stage restriction electronic commerce development expense psychological factor, discuss modern enterprise facing network consumer's specific psychology in order to break through traditional the management thought limitation , reform the inherent marketing strategy and the marketing way and construct the brand-new operation mechanism. which suits the electronic commerce.
