摘    要:设计建立了以连续加热器、连续闪蒸器和降粘缓冲罐为主要设备的制浆黑液增浓实验装置,并以草浆黑液为原料进行增浓实验。通过实验得到以下结论:(1)该装置可使草浆黑液增浓到67.3%wt;蒸汽耗量为0.25t蒸汽/t蒸发水;(2)热处理时间越长,黑液的降粘效果越明显,适宜的降粘条件为温度190~195℃,时间15~40min;(3)当闪蒸汽流速大于35m/s时雾沫夹带问题变的越来越严重,闪蒸汽流速应不超过32m/s。

Thickening equipment of high efficient and energy saving for pulping black liquor and its experimental research
Abstract:The thickening equipment for pulping black liquor, including continuous heater, continuous flash dryer and viscosity reduction bumper, was designed. Thickening experiment was performed in the designed equipment with straw pulp black liquor. The experimental result shows that, firstly, the consistency of straw pulp black liquor can be thickened to 67.3% with steam consumption of 0.25t/t; secondly, the longer the heat treatment, the more obvious the thickening effect, the suitable condition is temperature 190-195℃ and treating time 15-40min; thirdly, the problem of entrainment became more and more serious when the bumper flow rate was above 35m/s. The bumper flow rate should not excess 32m/s.
