摘    要:以V5+ Mn2+ 二安替比林苯乙烯基甲烷为显色体系,用分光光度法测定渣油及聚烯烃树脂中的微量钒。考察了样品灰化条件和测定条件。在650℃将样品灰化6h以上,用NaOH溶液溶解灰份中的V2O5,使干扰离子与钒分离。在540nm波长处的吸收系数ε=603×105L/(mol·cm),线性范围为0~010μg/ml。测定结果与V5+ 5 Br PADAP H2O2分光光度法一致。t检验表明,两种方法所得结果无显著差异。本方法简便,灵敏度高,准确度好。

Abstract:V 5+ Mn 2+ DASTM(diantipyryl α styryl methane)coloured system was used to determine vanadium in polyolefin resins and residual oil.The measuring and ashing conditions were studied.After samples burning to ashes at 650 ℃ for at least 6 h,V 2O 5 in the ash was dissoluted by NaOH solution to separate vanadium from interference ions.The molar absorption coefficient ε 540 nm is 6 03×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The linear range is 0~0 10 μg/ml.Determination results of this method agree with those obtained by the method of 5 Br PADAP H 2O 2.The t test shows that there is no significant difference between the two methods.This method has the advantages of simplicity,high sensitivity and good accuracy.
