丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物的合成及其螯合分散性能

摘    要:以丙烯酸和马来酸酐为聚合单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用水溶液自由基聚合反应合成丙烯酸-马来酸酐二元共聚物(PAA-MA)。研究了合成因素对共聚物螯合、分散性能的影响,优化了合成工艺条件;采用红外光谱分析表征了共聚物分子结构,并研究了共聚物对双氧水稳定性能。研究结果表明:共聚物合成工艺条件为n(MA)∶n(AA)=1∶2.5,引发剂用量为单体总量的7%,丙烯酸和引发剂滴加时间为90 min,聚合反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2 h时,所合成共聚物具有良好的螯合性能和分散性能。红外光谱法验证了产物为共聚结构。共聚物具有较好的双氧水稳定性能,能较好地抑制双氧水的分解,可以与水玻璃及稳定剂GJ101媲美。
