摘    要:上海上中路盾构隧道盾构外径14.87m,南线盾构出洞采用冻结法加固,北线采用深层搅拌桩加固土层、高压旋喷桩+井点降水工法抗渗.从强度安全性、抗渗性能、沉降变形、成本、工艺及设备6个方面,比较了两种盾构出洞加固工法的优缺点.分析结果说明,冻结法加固的强度高、密封性好,而高压旋喷桩+深层搅拌桩+降水工法的沉降小、工艺相对简单、工期短、成本低,并提出可以利用高压旋喷桩+深层搅拌桩加固土体,利用液氮冻结密封水的出洞新思路.

Abstract:Shanghai Shangzhong Road Tunnel is constructed by shield machine with 14.87m external diameter.Its south line setting out is reinforced by frozen method.While its north line setting out takes deep mixing piles to reinforce soil,high pressure jet grouting piles and wells for anti-permeability.Two reinforcement methods are compared from six aspects,including strength safety,anti-permeability capability,settlement and deformation,cost,technology and equipments.Analysis results show that frozen method has highe...
