| 摘 要： | 双层毛巾的表层是毛巾组织织物 ,里层为平布 ,在织机上同时织出两层。上下两层可以分离 ,也可以连接在一起。产品既保持了毛巾织物的特点 ,又减少了抽毛几率 ,提高了舒适性。提出在设计双层毛巾织物时应考虑的问题以及在织造过程中的工艺设计要点。

| Abstract: | The face weave of double towel was terry structure,and the back weave was plain.The two layers of fabric were produced simultaneously in a loom,which were either detached each other or joined together.The characteristics of terry were remained in this type of fasric,whereas,the dislocation probability was decreased and comfortability was increased.This paper pointed out some considerable questions on designing double towel cloth,and processing design keys of weaving. |
