| 摘 要： | 针对异步电动机直接启动时额定电流过大的问题,提出了以PLC为核心的液阻软启动装置,通过实验证明液阻软启动能将启动电流控制在额定电流的1.5～2倍,从而使电机具有平滑的启动性能。本文重点叙述了液阻软启动技术装置的系统构成、工作原理、优点和应用。

| Abstract: | The text puts forward a device based PLC as the core of water-resistance soft-start for motor asynchronous commencement of direct current rating that is too great.It proves that liquid way can be soft-start to control the starting current as rated current of 1.5 to 2 times through experiments,in order having to a smooth motor starting performance.This paper describes mostly the structure of the system,operating principle,merits and application of water-resistance soft start technical devices. |
