钼酸盐系缓蚀剂对储油罐底板的防护作用

摘    要:通过动电位扫描测量极化曲线,研究了钼酸盐系缓蚀剂在含5 g/L C1-溶液中对Q 235铜的缓蚀性能.分析结果表明:由钼酸盐为主盐,与硅酸盐、磷酸盐、有机胺A复配而成的缓蚀剂,可以达到成本低、高缓蚀率的效果.通过失重法实验,对该配方进行了验证,复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀率接近88.4%,明显高于单组分缓蚀剂的.

Abstract:The corrosion inhibition performance of molybdate inhibitor on Q 235 steel in 5 g/L Cl-solution was studied by electrochemistry impedance spectrum using Tafel Plot. The analytical results show that molybdate can obtain better inhibitive effect at a low cost through synergistic effect with silicate,phosphate and organic amine A.
