基于无线传感器的煤矿远程安全监控系统研究

摘    要:目前,我国煤炭采掘的安全生产状况不容乐观,尤其中小型煤矿事故频发。研制一套基于无线传感器的安全监控系统,设计井下行走机器人和井上工作台,开发了机器人自动避障和无线遥控两种行走模式,采用MQ-2瓦斯传感器和601LD无线监控器,采用nRF905无线数据收发芯片,实现实时数据采集与回传和图像同步动态跟踪显示。对比试验结果表明,该系统克服了传感器检测不稳定和调制复杂等缺陷,具有高智能、高精度、大视野、稳定可靠等优势。

Abstract:At present,the safety situation is not optimistic in coal mining production of our country,especially in small coal mines accidents occur very frequently.A set of safety monitoring system based on the wireless sensor has been developed,including a walking robot under the mine,which can walk and avoid any obstacles by itself and can also walk under the wireless remote control,the working platform above the mine,equipped with MQ-2 gas sensor,601LD wireless monitor and nRF905 wireless data transceiver chip,which has realized the realtime data acquisition and transmission and synchronous and dynamic image tracking display.Test results show that the system overcomes such defects as the unstable detection and complex modulation of the sensors,and has such advantages as high intelligence,high precision,broad field of vision,stability and reliability.
