摘    要:用环己胺六亚甲基亚胺复合模板和循环母液来生产MCM-49分子筛原粉,用双氧水氧化滤饼中的部分模板剂,氮氧化物减少80%,碳氧化物减少60%。用柠檬酸溶液交换,使洗涤和交换液经蒸发和冷凝,实现工艺水循环使用,废水排放减少90%以上,产生低品质的柠檬酸钠副产品。实现MCM-49分子筛催化剂生产的“三废”综合治理。

Abstract:The original powder of MCM-49 zeolite was prepared with cyclohexylamine hexamethyleneimine as composite templates and circulating mother liquid, a part of templating agent in the filter cake oxidized with H2O2, resulted in the waste gas of oxynitride and oxycarbide reduced by 80% and by 60% respectively. In order to achieve comprehensive treatment to waste gas, liquid and residue what emerged from production of the MCM-49, following methods were applied such as the catalyst was exchanged with citric acid, the washing liquid and exchanging liquid evaporated and condensed, then to recycle the water in the liquids, that resulted in wastewater capacity of discharge reduced by more than 90% and low-quality sodium citrate obtained as a by-product at the same time.
