铁路客运专线基础工程高性能混凝土配合比设计的试验研究

摘    要:采用正交试验设计方法对混凝土配合比进行了试验,研究了胶凝材料用量、组成及水胶比对基础工程用高性能混凝土强度及耐久性的影响。试验及分析结果表明:可使用大掺量外掺料(50%)配制铁路客运专线基础工程高性能混凝土,水胶比及胶凝材料总量是配合比设计的关键,在一定的比例范围内,外掺料的掺量和组成比例对混凝土56d强度及耐久性指标影响不显著。

Abstract:Orthogonal experimental method was adopted to carry out the experiments of proportioning of concrete.The influence including amount of cementitious materials,composition of cementitious materials and water-cementitious materials ratio on the strength and durability of high performance concrete for infrastructure works was studied.The experimental and analysis results indicate that high contend of mineral admixtures that more than 50 percent may be used in high performance concrete for infrastructure works of passenger dedicated line.water-cementitious materials ratio and the amount of cementitious materials is the point of proportion of concrete.In a certain proportional band,contend and composition of mineral admixtures have an unobvious effect on the strength at 56 days and durability of concrete.
