摘    要:用试验和理论相结合的方法,提出了建立新型矿用高弹性联轴器恢复务动态模型与参数辨识方法和技术,由此建立其恢复力学数学模型,用此模型研究和描述联轴器动态特性,研究表明,弹性恢复力是非线性单值力,是刚度函数的函数,阻尼力是双值非线性力,是阻尼函数和阻尼成分函数的函数,阻尼成分函数和阻尼函数概念的,使得模型能反映阻尼成分的组成和阻尼的大小变化规律,能全面地揭示联轴器中阻尼的变化情况,滞回线的形状和宽窄由模型中参数控制,这种联轴器的阻尼成分丰富,既有粘性阻尼,又有干摩擦阻尼的“高阶”阻尼。通过研究了解了联轴器的动态特性,为设计宽频多工作区奠定了动力学基础。

Abstract:By combined theoretical and experimental means, a method and technology, which is used to establish dynamic restoring force model and parameter identification of a novel coupling to be used in mines, is presented and a mathematic model of dynamic restoring force on the coupling is proposed by it. The model is used to investigate and describe the dynamic characteristics of the coupling. The investigation shows that the elastic force is nonlinear single value one, it is a function of stiffness function and in close relationship with the amplitude, exciting frequency and instantaneous displacement. Damping force is nonlinear double value one, it is a function of damping function and damping component function and in close relationship with the amplitude, exciting frequency, instantaneous displacement and instantaneous velocity. The model can reveal and reflect variety of damping component and change of damping magnitude due to introduction of damping function and damping component function. The shape and narrow or wide measure of hysteresis loops are controlled by parameters in the model. The study shows that there are many diverse damping in the coupling, such as viscous damping, dry friction damping and "high order" damping. The dynamic characteristics of the coupling have been understood fully and it is very important to design the coupling with multi-work areas at a range of wide frequency band.
