摘    要:TH302井是一口三维大位移水平井,井眼轨迹控制难度大,该井在钻进至深3851.92m时发生断钻具事故,被迫提前完钻。简要介绍了该井工程设计情况,详细介绍了井眼轨迹控制技术及各井段采取的主要钻井技术措施,对断钻具事故进行了分析,并总结出了使用导向钻井系统的成功经验。

Abstract:The TH302 Well is a three-dimensional extended-reach horizontal well, and it is very difficult to control its trajectory. Drillstring broken happened when drilling to 3851. 92m, thus, this well was compelled to complete drilling in advance. This paper outlines its well program, details well trajectory controlling techniques and main drilling techniques for hole sections, analyzes reasons for drillstring broken and summarizes the successful experiences for employing steering drilling system.
