| Abstract: | This paper introduces Lenin's thought on political freedom which has been reflected in the former Soviet Union's four constitutions regarding the structure and content of the constitutions.The constitution of China and that of the Soviet Union have some same special source.Therefore,the constitution of our country and its development are branded with Lenin's thought. |
