| Abstract: | It is proved by practice that using wind power、photovoltaic and other renewable energy generation system is an effective way to supply electricity to remote and non-electrified areas, in addition, it has more economical feasibility compared with extending grid and diesel power. "China Brightness program" planning is for- mulated by State Development Planning Commission of China, it is planning that 23 million people in remote and non-electrified areas shall be electrified by renewable energy. This paper introduces the background, object and implement of "China Brightness program" in detail, moreover you can know the situation and progress at present in next paper. |
