汽轮机振动故障诊断与分析

摘    要:华润电力登封有限公司(润封电厂)1号汽轮发电机组调试期间出现非稳定性振动,根据振动测试、轴系检查所得到的结果,分析认为,浮动油挡的制造及安装质量不良,是机组振动增大的根本原因。对此采取了相应的调整措施,取得了成效。

Abstract:Directing against non -stable vibration phenomenon occurred during period of debuging for turbo -generator set no. 1 in Huarun Power Deng-feng Co Ltd (Runfeng Power Plant), and based on the results obtained from vibration test and shaft inspection, the causes leading to unit vibration have been comprehensively analysed by using the vibration mechanism. It is believed from diagnosis that the essential cause resulting in vibration enhancement to be bad manufacturing and installing quality of the floating oil - catch. On basis of this, corresponding adjustment measures have been a-dopted, achieving remarkable success.
