摘    要:水闸工程已在水利水电工程中广泛应用,其结构的安全性需引起高度重视。但目前的单一安全系数法不能真实地反映结构的安全程度,宜采用分项系数极限状态设计法。水闸设计规范修订不仅包括结构的抗滑稳定及地基应力稳定,还需重视闸室的抗浮稳定。结合《(山区)水闸设计规范》修订之水闸结构设计分项系数套改研究选题,以《水利水电工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》为指导,分析推导了闸室抗浮稳定承载能力极限状态方程,提出了对应的分项系数,辅以9座已建或待建水闸工程进行了成果合理性检验。

Abstract:For water gates widely applied in water and hydropower projects, great attention should be paid to their structure safety. Now the single safety coefficient method cannot really reflect the safety level of the structure, and the partial factor limit states method should be used. The revision of water gate design standard should include not only the stability of the structure against sliding and the stability of foundation stress, but also the stability of gate chamber against floating. Under the guidance of "Unified Design standard for Relia- bility of Hydraulic Engineering Structures" , this paper analyzes and derives the formula for the ultimate limit states of stability against floating of gate chambers, and proposes the corresponding partial factors. The rationality of results is examined by the aid of 9 completed or to-bebuilt gate projects.
