摘    要:利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定大花红景天中的大花红景天素含量。样品中的大花红天素经水提取,大孔树脂柱净化、分离。根据MS的定性结果,强峰m/z 69为大花红天素的特征离子峰,利用选择性离子扫描方式(SIM)进行定量分析。实验结果表明:方法回收率在93.70%~98.58%,变异系数为1.23%~2.94%,线性范围在0.10~0.50 mg/ml,检出限(3S/N)为0.01 mg/mL,该分析方法具有准确度高、选择性好、线性范围宽、干扰少等特点,适合大花红景天中大花红天素的定量测定。

Abstract:An determination method of Crenulatin in Rhodiola Crenulata H.by GC-MS was studied.The crenulatin was extracted with water,and then separated with macroporous resin column,and analyzed with GC-MS.The major characteristic ion fragments (m/z) was 69.When the selected ion mode (GC/MS-SIM) was chosen as the quantitative method,the recovery was 93.70%~98.58%.The variable coefficient was 1.23%~2.94%.The linear range was 0.10~0.50 mg/mL and a detection limit(3 S/N)was 0.01 mg/mL. This method is precise and selective,wide liner range,little interference.It is suitable for the determination of crenulatin in Rhodiola Crenulata H.
