| Abstract: | This paper, takes Jiaozuo city. as an example, puts forward the principal factors that affect the land requirement capacity. According to the present conditions of Jiaozuo city, A thorough analyse and demonstration to these factors are made. These have provided a scientific basis for the study of land requirement capacity forecast and the drawing-up of land utilization overall-plan to Jiaozuo. |
