摘    要:对钙钛矿型晶格氧催化剂用于天然气部分氧化制合成气进行了研究,考察了AFeO3(A=La,Nd,Sm,Eu)型催化剂的性能以及A位元素,反应温度,催化剂的再氧化时间等对催化性能的影响。结果表明,由稀土金属(La,Nd,Sm,Eu)制得的AFeO3催化剂中以LaFeO3选择氧化性能最好,当其具有甲烷部分氧化活性时,基本不存在H2与晶格氧之间的氧化反应,少量的CO可在催化材料上被氧化为CO2。

Abstract:The perovskite lattice oxygen catalytic materials were studied as catalysts for the preparation of synthesis gas by partial oxidation of natural gas.The catalytic performances of AFeO3 type catalysts(A=La,Nd,Sm,Eu),and the effects of the “A” elements,reaction temperature,reoxidation time of the catalysts on the catalytic performances were investigated.The results showed that LaFeO3 has the best selective oxidation performances.The oxidation reaction of the lattice oxygen of LaFeO3 with H2 almost does not occur when LaFeO3 was active for methane partial oxidation,and a little CO could be oxidized to CO2.
