甲基环己酮-甲醛树脂的合成及性能

摘    要:以甲基环己酮和甲醛为原料,在NaOH催化下,通过缩聚反应合成了甲基环己酮-甲醛树脂,考察了反应条件对树脂软化点和羟值的影响。较佳合成条件为:n(甲基环己酮):n(甲醛)=1:1.4,NaOH用量(与甲基环己酮的质量比)0.4%,反应温度130℃,反应时间6 h。树脂软化点为110.2℃,羟值(KOH)32.8 mg/g,该树脂在涂料常用溶剂中具有良好的溶解性。

Abstract:Methylcyclohexanone-formaldehyde resin was synthesized from methylcyclohexanone and formaldehyde by polycondensation reaction in the presence of NaOH as catalyst. Effects of synthesis conditions on the softening point and hydroxide value of the resin were studied. The optimal conditions were found as follows: molar ratio of formaldehyde to methylcyclohexanone 1. 4, 0. 4% NaOH relative to methylcyclohexanone, reaction temperature 130℃and reaction time 6 h. Softening point of the resin was 110. 2℃, and the hydroxide value(KOH) was 32. 8 mg/g, The resin has good solubility in common solvents in coating.
