| 摘 要： | 开发出一种基于两块K-803B8路热电偶调理板芯片的焊接温度场测量仪。介绍了测温系统的硬件组成和工作原理,通过USB2010芯片,软件设计将热电偶采集数据传输给PC机,将热电偶工作端热电势值转换为对应的被测点温度值。测温系统具有图形动态显示和数据存储功能。经测试该测量仪具有良好的测量精度和实时传输功能,性能稳定,具有方便携带,即插即用等特点。

| Abstract: | This paper designed a welding temperature measuring apparatus based on the two developed K-803B 8 that is a chip conditioning 14 road thermocouples.And the two K-803B 8 are connected with the USB bus of a data acquisition board USB2010 chip.The thermoelectric potential signal of collected by thermocouple are transformed from analog to digital signal.Then,Survey data was transferred to a PC.Through the software program,Thermoelectric potential data are conversed the measured temperature data by PC.The temper... |
