摘    要:输电断面的有功潮流控制是电网运行中的重要预防控制手段,基于直流潮流研究了输电断面的N-1静态安全潮流约束,分析表明断面潮流是节点注入功率的线性组合。运用支路开断分布系数分析了断面潮流与N-1状志下线蹄潮流的关系,指出其随着系统发电模式以及负荷模式的变化而改变,并提出了采用各种运行方式下断面潮流与N-1状态下线路潮流的比值变化范围来衡量断面潮流控制的合理性。算例针对实际电网运行中的输电断面有功潮流控制问题,结果表明.采用断面潮流控制必然趋于保守.在电网实时运行数据非常可靠的前提下,运行监视及控制直接采用线路开断后的计算潮流值将会显著提高受N-1静态安全约束的断面输送能力,对提高区域间的功率交换能力具有重要意义。

Abstract:The transmission interface power flow control is an important defensive means in power grid. In this paper, the study of the N-1 static security criteria for transmission power flow has been carried out based on the DC power flow. The analysis shows that interface power flow is linearly combination of the injected power at buses. The relationship between the interface power flow and the N-1 constrianed tie-line flow has been studied by LODF (line outage distribution factor) and the analyses indicate that this relationship varies with the mode change of generators and loads and the assessment principle for the rationality of the interface power flow control is based on the ratio range of the interface power flow under different operating patterns to the N-1 constrained tie-line flow. Case studies aiming at the interface power flow control in practical power system show that the interface power control is going to conservative. Given reliable real-time data, adopting the post-line-outage power flow data during monitoring and control can dramatically increased the N-1 constrained interface transfer capability. And it also presents a great significance in improving the transfer capability of interconnected power systems.
