黄土高原关中平原地区农宅的有机更新

关中盆地是陕西黄土高原地区的两大组成部分之一.关中平原地区的民居经历了从地坑窑到传统合院式房居,再到近代的独立式房居的历史演进过程.20世纪80年代以后,关中平原地区的农宅建设受到经济发展和文化发展的冲击,在功能空间、材料和技术各方面都出现了新的需求,也暴露出了新的问题.基于对当前农宅建设的反思,提出了本地区农宅建设应从综合效益出发,走“有机更新”的道路.

The organic renewal of the countryside dwelling in GuanzhongChampaign region of the Loess Plateau

Guanzhong Champaign is one of the two sections of Shaanxi Loess Plateau.The civil dwelling here has gone a long way of development from underground Yaodong house,traditional courtyard house to letter-day's detached house.From 1980's in the twentieth century,many new requirements and questions have appeared.By the rethink of the present work of the countryside dwelling design,we set forth that the design work here should go a way of"Organic Renewal".
