行波管慢波结构抗振可靠性研究

摘    要:慢波结构为行波管的核心部件之一。为了评价行波管的慢波结构振动可靠性,整合了慢波结构有限元分析和简化模型的数学推导,得到了慢波结构的固有频率和振型,再研究慢波结构电性能与结构尺寸的关系,以及自然振动频率公式的内在联系。最后,比较分析西者的关系,从主动避振的角度,提出了优化慢波结构的设计方法。以提高产品的抗振性能。

Abstract:The slow-wave structure is one of the core components of a traveling wave tube. In order to evaluate the slow-wave structure' s vibration reliability, the finite element analysis is integrated with the simplified mathematical model to obtain the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the slow-wave structure. The relationship between the structures and the electrical properties as well as the intrinsic link formula of the natural vibration frequency is examined. After a comparative analysis of the relationships, the design for the structural optimization is provided to improve the its anti-vibration performance.
