葡萄籽原花青素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:以乙醇溶液为提取液,采用正交试验优化了原花青素提取工艺条件。最佳提取条件为:葡萄籽脱脂粉碎处理后,用60%乙醇溶液回流提取2次,每次30 min,所得浸膏得率为12.82%,原花青素含量为34.97%。

Abstract:Alcohol solution was used as extract liquid, orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting conditions of grape seed procyanidins. The result shows that the optimum conditions are as follows, after grape seeds are defatted and smashed, extracted for 30mins by 60% ethanol and treated for 2 times, the yield is 12.82%, and the procyanidins content is 34.97%.
