药芯焊丝水下焊接方法的研究

摘    要:通过对药芯焊丝水下湿法以及水下微型排水罩焊接方法的实验研究,分析了药芯焊丝水下焊接短路过渡的特性及其机理,实验显示,通过采用自行开发的微型排水罩,药芯焊丝水下焊接能取得较好的焊缝。

Abstract:This paper presents the contrast experiments of flux-cored arc welding by the methods of underwater wet and underwater mini drain water cap.The characteristic and mechanism of short circuiting process of underwater welding have been investigated.It was found that the sound weld can be obtained by this new designed cap in flux-cored wire underwater welding.
