摘    要:针对水电机组在线振动监测的多样性和复杂性,运用传感器技术、通信技术和计算机技术结合模块化的设计思想,提出了一种采用虚拟仪器技术,实现在线水电机组振动监测的方法。分析了振动监测系统的传感器的选择及安装、数据采集、数据通信和数据处理。它与传感振动监测系统相比,提高了水电机组振动监测的准确性、有效性、经济性。图3参6

Abstract:Considering the versatility and complexity of on-line vibration monitoring of hydroelectric generating sets, with design ideas concerning sensing, transmission, computer application technology and modularization, a way of vibration monitoring with fictive instruments is proposed in the paper, in which sensor selection and installation, data acquisition, transmission, treatment are studied and analyzed. Compared with conventional vibration monitoring systems, systems developed with fictive techniques are featured by facility of operation, easy maintenance, high reliability, completeness of functions, high degree of automation, high flexibility and possibilities of enlargement, with a high performance to cost ratio, remarkably raising monitoring correctness, effectiveness and economy while guaranteeing a safe and highly efficient operation of generating sets.
