镐型截齿的失效分析和新技术研究

摘    要:本文在镐型截齿失效原因分析的基础上,利用等离子束表面,台金技术对截齿现有生产工艺进行改进,并对改进的截齿进行了性能测试分析,结果表明等离子表面,台金层硬度高,组织均匀细密。利用该技术生产的截齿下井试验,结果表明比未经处理前寿命提高一倍以上,成本降低20%,具有显著的推广应用价值。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the inactivation of cutting picks, plasma surface metallurgy was employed to improve process of production of cutting. And microstructure and performances of improved cutting picks had been tested and analyzed. Results show that the microstructure of coating is uniform and densification and the micro hardness of the coating is high. the new technology has night applicat/on value. In the industry, Results show that manufacturing cost of improved cutting picks has reduced by 20% and their operating life has increased by more than 100%. And its synthetic economic and technical norms rise noticeably.
