| 摘 要： | 从产品设计中成本控制的角度，基于材料替代的研究思路，以洗衣机为例．分别从机械产品的零部件结构重新设计、零部件结构局部改进和零部件结构总体保持不变等3方面进行应用研究。在产品在性能得到保证的同时，使产品成本也得到了优化。

| Abstract: | From product design cost control perspective and based on the research idea of the substituted materials, this paper proceeded applied research on the following three aspects ： the design of mechanical products of structural parts redesigned, of structurul parts adjusted and of structural parts remained unchanged. In the meantime of ensuring the design mechanical products＇ performance, the products＇ cost control has been optimized. |
