| 摘 要： | 以梳棉原理为基础,系统分析了提高梳棉机除杂作用的技术措施.梳棉机的除杂作用由刺辊部分除杂和盖板部分除杂两部分合成,根据工艺测试的实际数据并结合气流附面层测试对工艺、除杂因素两方面作了较详细的研究分析.

| Abstract: | Based on the cotton carding principle,technical measures to improve dust-removal of carding machine are analyzed.Two main mechanisms to act dust-removal are taker-in and flat plate of the carding machine.Detailed studies and analyses of the factors affecting dust-removal are made in this article based on the processing test data combined with air flow testing. |
