基于创新-营销合作的闭环供应链

摘    要:对废旧产品回收再制造既可能降低生产成本,又能减少环境污染,节约社会有用资源。近几年闭环供应链的研究受到很多学者的关注。在稳定型市场条件下考虑了一类基于创新-营销合作的闭环供应链,利用多种数学工具详细讨论了4种组合策略优化选择模型,并以蓄电池的回收与再制造为例对模型进行了仿真。最后得到了如下结论:当废旧品回收量很大时,加大再制造部分的研究投入、增加营销宣传费用、提高回收价格争取多回收和扩大销售,通常会获得更好的经济效益。

Abstract:Recycling and remanufacturing waste products can reduce not only the production costs,but also environmental pollution and save valuable social resource. Recently,scholars pay more attention to the study on closed- loop supply chain( CLSC). In this study,a closed- loop supply chain based on innovation- marketing cooperation is considered under stable market conditions. Four combination strategies to optimize the models of the chain are fully discussed with many mathematical tools. The case study of battery recycling and remanufacturing shows that when the amount of recycling is large,increasing research investment on remanufacturing,increasing the expense on marking and recycling more waste products by raising the price may usually get good benefit.
