摘    要:采用小试装置试验,对苯法顺酐生产工艺精制塔酸水中氯离子含量积聚的原因进行了测试分析。通过电位分析的方法,分别对"相同催化剂、同质工艺水、合格原料苯;相同催化剂,同质工艺水,含50 mg/L和100 mg/L氯离子苯"进行了测试分析。测试结果:酸水中氯离子含量积聚的原因主要是由原料苯和工艺水带入,并且随运行时间的增加酸水中氯离子含量呈线性增加。所得结论:此测试分析结果为顺酐厂家对酸水中氯离子含量的合理控制提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract:The reasons for chlorine ion accumulation in acid water in treating column of maleic anhydride production technology were studied by a small device test. With same catalyst and homogenesis process water,the processes with crude benzene,benzene containing 50 mg / L and benzene containing 100 mg / L chlorine ion were investigated with potentiometric analysis. It was found that the chlorine ion accumulation in acid water was mainly caused by crude benzene and process water. The chlorine ion content was linearly increased with the operation time.
