摘    要: 针对中国钢铁企业在广泛开展合同能源管理过程中节能量计算问题,对钢铁行业板带加热炉合同能源管理节能改造项目的项目边界进行划分,通过对板带加热炉项目边界内燃耗主要影响因素进行分析,并结合板带加热炉燃耗计算模型研究,形成了板带加热炉节能量测量和计算方法,并对节能量不确定度进行分析。最后以某钢铁企业烟气余热回收项目作为实例,计算节能改造项目节能量,对合同能源管理节能改造项目的节能效果评价提供参考依据。

Abstract:To slove the problem of energy saving calculation contentious issues in "Energy performance contracting (EPC) promotion project", EPC energy saving project boundary of strip reheating furnace for iron and steel industry was divided. Through analysis of fuel consumption factors, combined with fuel consumption calculation model, forming measurement and calculation methods of energy savings in strip reheating furnace, the uncertainty was analyzed. Finally, as an example, energy savings of a gas heat recovery project in a steel enterprise was calculated, to provide reliable basis for energy saving effect evaluation of EPC.
