| 摘 要： | 为了探讨麝香保心丸治疗急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的疗效,将64例ACS患者随机分为常规治疗组和麝香保心丸治疗组(麝香保心丸组),观察两组治疗前后C-反应蛋白(CRP)、心肌酶谱(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)值及治疗的有效率。结果显示,治疗组的总有效率为68.8%,对照组的总有效率为70.1%,两组之间有明显统计学差异(P0.05);治疗后两组CRP、CK-MB、cTnT水平均下降,但治疗组比对照组效果更显著(P0.05)。因此得出结论:麝香保心丸在治疗ACS方面具有较好疗效,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | To study the clinical effects of Heart Pill of Musk in treating acute coronary syndrome( ACS),64 patients were divided randomly into conventional therapy group and Heart Pill of Musk group. After the treatment,the changes in CRP,CK- MB,cTnT and total effective rate were observed. The results showed that the total effective rate was 68. 8% in therapy group and 70. 1% in control group,and the difference between two groups was significant( P < 0. 05). Additionally,more significant changes of CRP,CK- MB,and cTnT were showed after treatment in therapy group than in control group( P < 0. 05). Therefore,Heart Pill of Musk is worthy using in clinical treatment for acute coronary syndrome. |
