摘    要:水力旋流器内部的流场相当复杂,基于CFD技术的模型已经被证明在模拟水力旋流器流场方面非常有用,对于在较宽的条件范围内操作和设计的分级机的颗粒分级性能预测也同样非常有效。在低浓度下使用离散相模型技术预测水力旋流器的分级效率,发现这些预测与试验数据相一致。

Abstract:The internal flow in the hydrocyclone is quite complex.Models based on CFD techniques have proven to be very useful for the flow simulation in the hydrocyclones,and the prediction of the size classification for the separator operated and designed in a wide range.Moreover,the dispersed phrase model predicts the classification efficiency of the hydrocyclone in the low concentration,which proves the results accord with the experimental data.
