汽轮发电机转子工频振动的原因分析与诊断

摘    要:分析并总结了汽轮发电机气隙偏心、励磁绕组匝间短路、转子冷却风道局部堵塞、励磁绕组与转子本体及护环不对称摩擦力、定转子碰摩、转子支撑系统连接松动、机械不平衡故障时,汽轮发电机转子振动特性和发电机电磁特性,为现场发电机工频振动诊断提供了分析判断的思路和方法。

Abstract:Steam turbine generator rotor vibration characteristics and electromagnetism characteristics were analyzed, when steam turbine generator occurred the fault of eccentricity between stator and rotor, inter-turn short circuit in rotor coil, partial jam in hydrogen cooled rotor, interior friction between exciting coil circuit and rotor or shroud ring, friction between stator and rotor, linkup-looseness in rotor pedestal system, machinery imbalance. It can provide the analysis method for vibration fault diagnosis of steam turbine generator.
