摘    要:采用激光熔覆技术对尿素生产线上的甲胺泵组合阀零件密封面进行强化,激光强化的熔层表面光整,加工余量小,基体无变形。激光熔覆层组织致密,晶粒度细小,硬度和强韧性更高,消除了气孔、裂纹、夹杂物等缺陷。

Abstract:The laser melting and covering technology was used to intensify the seal surfaces of the components of the combined valves of methylamine pumps in the production line of urea.The surface intensified with laser was smooth,its processing overmeasure was small,its body had not deformation,the composition of laser melting and covering layer was dense,its crystal grain sizes were small,its hardness,strength,and toughness were higher,some defects,such as holes,cracks,and impurities were eliminated.
