摘    要:在利用瞬态热丝法测量固体与流体导热系数方法研究的基础上,对固体的导热系数进行了计算,提出了既有理论意义又包含了测量参数、既严格又简便的新表达式;分析与定量计算了模型误差、截断误差、热阻误差、热容忽视误差及测量系统的合成误差;并指出了减小误差的措施。在实验研究中,建立了试件测试台和自动化参数采集与数据处理的计算机测控系统。测量结果表明,所测得的3种固体材料的导热系数值与文献参照值相差约5%。具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Based on the previous research for the measurement of material thermal conductivity with transient heat wire method, the further investigation is carried out. A new calculational expression with exact scientific basis and easy for application is established. The error resulted from the model simplification, truncation, thermal resistance, negligence of specific heat for heat wire and the synthetic error of measurement are analyzed and calculated respective, and how to reduce the error is also discussed. Moreover, an experimental apparatus and a computer measuring system for automatic collecting parameters and processing data are developed. These research results provide more useful references for applying the method.
