摘    要:该研究运用双路平行反应工艺制备生物柴油,即:先用真空蒸馏法将游离脂肪酸与甘油三酯分离,再分别用酯化和醇解工艺使游离脂肪酸和甘油三酯生成脂肪酸甲酯,再集中洗涤、蒸馏得到最终产品。该工艺降低产品酸值,降低生产成本,提高产品得率;具有较高社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:This paper describes a two-way parallel reaction of biodiesel production.The free fatty acids and triglyceride isolated by the vacuum distillation.The free fatty acids and triglyceride used as raw materials, esterification of alcohol technology and alcoholysis technology generated fatty acid methyl ester. The technology reduces the acidity of products and decline the production cost and increase the yield of the product.The project is benefits of high social,economic and environmental.
