高压超深井液压震击器的改进及应用

摘    要:SHJ—YA超级液压震击器在西部地区高压超深井的修井作业中震击效果差,甚至没有震击。在分析其原因的基础上,对国产震击器进行了以下改进:(1)通过在花键外筒的下部靠近密封盘根处对称地加工4个6mm的压力平衡孔,解决了高压对震击器性能的影响;(2)采用提高延时阀与阀座的研磨精度,选用UCON—LB—1700—X耐高温液压油以及耐高温的氟橡胶密封件,解决了高温对震击器延时机构的影响。经过现场应用表明,国产震击器经过改进后,耐温能力从120℃上升到180℃,耐压能力从69MPa提升至150MPa,最大震击力从1685.87kN上升到2455.00kN,性能与进口工具接近。该工具改造费用不足2000元,经济效益相当明显。

Abstract:The hydraulic super-jar used in workover operation in Western New Area of Sinopec has poor or even no vibration effect in high-pressure ultra-deep well.According to the influence of formation high pressure on the upper sealing stuffing unit of jar,the pressure-balancing system of the jar is improved.And according to the influence of formation high temperature on the time-delaying mechanism of the jar,the time-delaying sealing of the jar is improved,and the high temperature-resistance time-delaying hydraulic oil and fluorin rubber sealing element are replaced.Thus the pressure energy-storing ability of the jar is increased,effectively solving the vibrating problem of the same kind of jar in high-pressure ultra-deep well.The field application indicates that after technical reform,the performance of the home-made jar is improved significantly,including its temperature resistance ability,pressure resistance ability and maximum vibrating force.
