| 摘 要： | 分析了原机车轮轨润滑喷脂器控制方式存在的不足 ,提出了利用单片机根据运行线路状况 ,采取在直线上少喷、在曲线处多喷的智能轮缘喷脂控制方式。介绍了新开发的智能型轮轨润滑喷脂控制器的功能、原理以及实际运用效果。

| Abstract: | The shortages of the old wheel-rail (lubricating) grease injection controller are analysed.The intelligent wheel-rail lubricating grease injection modeinjecting less grease on the straight section and more grease on the curve section according to the line condition with single-chip microcomputeris proposed.The function,principle and application result of the new inteligent wheel-rail lubricating grease injection controller are described. |
